Hi, I'm Becca!
I have a passion for helping others heal from trauma and manage stress more effectively. I love helping therapists find tools to become more trauma informed in their work with clients and to prevent burnout from secondary trauma.
I have committed the decade of my career in the field of social work to combining the wisdom of ancient yoga practices with modern neuroscience to help myself and others build resilience and recover from the effects of trauma.
These tools are missing from a lot of mental health programs and I truly believe that if we can get these trauma informed tools into the hands of more therapists, the world would be a better place.
