Trauma-Informed Body:
A Somatic Training to Supporting
Anxiety, Trauma & Depression

Trauma Lives in the Body. So Does Healing.

Help clients learn tools to recover from trauma while preventing you from burning out.

Finally — A Trauma Training That Gives You Tools, Not Just Theory.
Doors Are Open! - Early Bird $147 until August 17th

This is not another sit-and-get CE, this is learning you feel in your body and carry into your sessions.

Through real case scenarios and practical somatic tools, learn to recognize what your client's nervous system is telling you — and respond with skill, confidence, and care.

A CE Approved, asynchronous self-paced training with somatic tools for therapists who are ready to bring the body into the room — with science-backed tools they can use with clients tomorrow.

What You'll Walk Away With

  • A clear, accessible understanding of how trauma is stored and expressed in the body — and the science behind why somatic approaches work when talk therapy alone often isn't enough
  • The ability to identify the different nervous system states as they show up in session — in your client's body, behavior, voice, and language — and know what to do next
  • A working toolkit of somatic practices for each state, matched to when and how to introduce them, with real case scenario experience to back it up
  • Concrete techniques you can use with clients immediately, no matter your modality or theoretical orientation — plus practices to support your own nervous system too
  • A framework for integrating body-based approaches into your existing clinical work without overhauling everything you already do
  • 4 CE credits and a solid foundation for the next level of somatic training

This Training Is For You If...

  • You're a mental health therapist or helping professional working with trauma survivors who sense the limitations of a purely talk-based approach

  • You've been curious about somatic therapy but don't know where to start — or how to explain it to clients

  • You want to understand the science of trauma and the body deeply enough to speak to it with confidence in session

  • You're experiencing the physical toll of doing this work — and want tools that support your own nervous system as much as your clients'

  • You believe in meeting clients where they are — including in their bodies — and want the skills to do that ethically and effectively

This training is not for you if you're looking for abstract theory without practical application. Every concept here comes with a tool attached.
