Therapists interact with survivors of trauma every day and the effects of the secondary trauma can have a long lasting impacts.

This Polyvagal Theory in Therapy training will support therapists in applying a trauma-informed, polyvagal approach to navigate both personal and professional life challenges to effectively manage burnout.

Participants will leave with simple effective tools to help clients and themselves build resilience and emotional regulation skills.

The presenter will utilize lecture and experiential exercises to create an engaging and dynamic learning experience for participants.
